Program Overview

These programs aim to:

  • Utilise surplus local produce to minimise food wastage in the Food and Hospitality Industries.
  • Produce nutritious meals that will assist people in need.

As a Trainer you’ll gain:

  • Hands-on commercial experience and maintenance of industry knowledge.
  • Community service and engagement.


IVET Trainers who participate in the program can claim 10 PD Points towards their Industry Professional Development by completing an Industry Placement Daily Log Diary as proof of engagement.
