Sarah Capone from the Parmelia Hilton has contributed to this case study focusing on the role of an Events Operations Supervisor in a busy executive hotel in the CBD.
Sarah asks us to consider the challenges and coordination required to effectively deliver multiple events and ensure consistency and quality of food and beverage service, in addition to managing the timings and flow of the event.
